Free Cake-Making Training Held at RPTRA Mustika Ratu

A total of 50 residents participated in the Independent Workforce Training (TKM) for Various Cakes, Batch II, 2026, held by the East Jakarta Manpower, Transmigration, and Energy (Nakertransgi) Sub-agency at the Mustika Ratu RPTRA, Kramat Jati Urban Village, Kramat Jati District.

Improve entrepreneurial skills

This training program is held as an effort to improve community skills while encouraging the emergence of new entrepreneurs in the culinary sector, especially various cakes.

Cake Training Participated by 50 Participants at RPTRA Susukan

Head of the Administrative Sub-Division of the East Jakarta Manpower, Transmigration and Energy Sub-agency, Aldino Septa Nugraha, said the training was designed to equip participants with practical skills that can be utilized as business opportunities and sources of family income.

"This activity aims to improve entrepreneurial skills and broaden the community's knowledge in cake making. It is hoped that the skills participants acquire will help improve their family's economy," he said, Tuesday (6/23).

Aldino explained that the training featured a professional instructor, Chef Chilla Puspasari, who provided material and practice in making various types of cakes.

According to him, the 50 participants who took part in this activity were representatives from five districts in East Jakarta, namely Pasar Rebo, Makasar, Ciracas, Cipayung, and Kramat Jati.

"The training will last for five days, from June 22 to 26, 2026," he added.

During the training, Aldino continued, participants not only received theory but also hands-on experience making various culinary products. Each day, a different type of cake was learned.

"In today's training session, participants practiced making various donuts, karipap, and typical Thai cakes," he continued.

He explained, as a form of support for the development of independent businesses, all participants who have completed the training will receive equipment assistance in the form of a mixer.

"It is hoped that this assistance can be the initial capital for participants who want to start a home business in the culinary sector," he explained.

Meanwhile, one of the training participants, Anisa (46), said she was very happy to receive skills training and the opportunity to expand her network.

"If the results are good and I have the capital, I'd like to try opening a business selling various cakes. Furthermore, we'll also receive assistance with a mixer that we can use to start our business," she admitted.
